An Architect’s Own Home Shaped by Screens and Light

In Stillness pauses architecture to notice light, shadow, material, sound, and the gentle rhythms of daily life, inviting you to slow down and feel a space rather than simply see it.

Set beneath a canopy of eucalypts, Jan Juc Studio is an architect's own home and studio shaped by openness and restraint. Timber screens, filtered light, and coastal breezes create quiet moments where landscape, daily ritual, and stillness coexist.

Produced by Simple Dwelling, filmed and edited by Anthony Richardson, words by Anthony Richardson.
